Congregational Passover Potluck Seder - in-person - registration required (below)
Members of Beth El - Join us as we celebrate the first night of Passover together—potluck style! 

The rabbi will arrange the main dish, and people will sign up to bring specific side dishes. 
This twist is that all of the dishes must be chosen from the sign-up list—and all foods must be prepared appropriately for Passover.

Please note: this registration is for members of Beth El only and invited guests.

   * Optional Donation - $36 - to cover other costs of the seder (to donate more, choose multiple amounts in the dropdown menu)

Descriptions of potluck items above:

CHAROSET - For the charoset, please prepare a Passover-appropriate recipe that will feed 10-15 people (normal recipe sizes).

ROASTED POTATOESFor this dish, you may make roasted potatoes following a Passover-appropriate recipe or purchase some pre-made from the local market - to be heated up the night of the seder. If you choose this, please prepare enough for 15 people.

HARD BOILED EGGSFor the hard-boiled eggs - we will need 2 people to make and peel about 30 eggs each. (each sign up is 30 eggs)

STEAMED VEGETABLES Please prepare a dish of steamed vegetables and/or asparagus - enough to feed 15 people.

TZIMMES - If you are able to make tzimmes (dish of carrots, dried fruits, sweet potatoes, etc) we would love you to make enough to feed 15 people.

WINE For the wine - it has to be KOSHER FOR PASSOVER wine (please check label to be sure) - preferably Manischewitz Concord Grape. * Each sign-up will be asked to buy 3 bottles each.

CHICKEN BROTH By signing up for this, you will buy 5 large cans of Chicken Broth (if you choose a quantity of 1 - that means 5 cans)

FRESH FRUIT PLATES The fresh fruit plates will be part of the dessert - please prepare or buy a tray to feed about 15 people.

MACAROONSPlease make or purchase a batch of macaroons enough to feed 15 people (1 sign-up is 15 macaroons)

MERINGUESIf you are able to make or purchase meringues (also called forgotten cookies) - we would like 30 pieces per order.
